“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.” ~Maya Angelou, Author

No matter how dark, difficult, and distressing the circumstance, there is always hope. The Proverbs tell us that “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life” (Proverbs 13:12). Please know you are not alone on your journey. If you need an empathetic ear to help navigate life’s challenges, uncertainties, transitions, and tough times, I would be privileged to come alongside you and help you become “unstuck,” so you can move forward with courage and hope, developing strategies and techniques to safely regulate your emotions, begin healing past trauma, or exploring your options to show up as the healthiest version of yourself.
